Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing#
We operate this website solely to provide information about our B2B services. We only process personal data to the extent necessary:
- To provide the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest: technically error-free operation)
- To process your inquiries via contact form or email (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – pre-contractual/contractual measures; or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general inquiries)
Hosting and Server Log Files#
Our hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser (so-called server log files) with each access, including IP address, date and time of the request, URL, referrer URL, browser used, and operating system. This data is stored for a limited time for security reasons (e.g., to investigate abuse or fraud) and then deleted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact Form and Communication#
When you use the contact form or contact us by email, we process your information (e.g., name, email, message, and possibly company) to handle your inquiry and for follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The contact form is provided by Formspree. Provider: Formspree, Inc., USA. The data you enter is transmitted to Formspree. We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the provider. For more information, visit: https://formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy/. Any corresponding third-country transfer may be based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies and Tracking#
We currently do not use any non-essential cookies (e.g., for statistics/marketing) or tracking (such as Google Analytics). Technically necessary cookies, if used, are used solely to provide basic functions and are set based on § 25(2) TTDSG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Recipients of Personal Data#
Personal data will only be disclosed if this is necessary to fulfil the aforementioned purposes (e.g. hosting service providers, Formspree) or if there is a legal obligation to do so.
Data Retention Periods#
We only process personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or for as long as statutory retention periods apply. We regularly delete enquiries sent by e-mail/contact form as soon as the communication has been completed and there are no statutory retention obligations.
Your Rights#
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data: right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. You also have the right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Changes to This Privacy Policy#
We may update this privacy policy as needed, for example, when we make changes to our data processing activities.
